For personalized digital videos, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins, provided all legally required conditions have been met, including express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of that right.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it remains available. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights concerning faulty, incorrect or non-conforming products.
